I’m pleased the Governor appointed Cora Campbell as Commissioner of the Alaska Department of Fish & Game. Having both grown up in Petersburg, I’ve known Cora and her family for a long time. I am glad the governor turned to her in bringing new leadership to his cabinet. I’ve worked with Cora recently in her capacity as fisheries policy advisor to the governor, and I’m confident she’ll do great things for Alaska’s resources. It’s great to have a Southeast resident selected for this important position.
